
For many of us, alone is a negative state of being. Society doesn’t help us with this either; being alone often carries a social stigma, implying isolation, being on the outside. This perceived sense of lonesomeness seems to imply that being by one’s self is not volitional, that it’s not a choice we make but rather, an imposed state where a person is not socially engaged in the way that is somehow expected. Even further, it may imply that there is something actually wrong or defective with a person who remains alone. Hi I prefer my alone time but then I am a meditator … loneliness really doesn’t come into it as it is my preferred choice!

Yes….we have a remedy for every diseases at our home only…we just need to identify and use them in a balanced way !! Thanks for reading..!!
